We are conveniently located at Victoria Park and Kingston Road. Our clinic is just west of Victoria Park in the Upper Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto.

Our Physicians: Dr. Kadhim
Dr. Amjed Kadhim-Saleh is a graduate of the University of Toronto residency program. He completed his medical school at the University of Ottawa. Prior to his medical studies, Dr. Kadhim-Saleh completed his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at McMaster University and his Master's degree in Epidemiology at Queen's University.
Dr. Kadhim-Saleh is committed to providing excellent primary patient care. He has a special interest in optimizing patient experience, innovation, and evidence-based, comprehensive family practice.
Our Physicians: Dr. Rajendran
Dr. Rajendran completed her medical school at the University of Ottawa. She then went on to complete her Family Medicine Residency training at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences site of the University of Toronto. Dr. Rajendran is interested in providing comprehensive family medicine with special interest in continuous optimization of patient care.
Our Physicians: Dr. Yildiz
Dr. Yildiz completed his medical school degree from Western University after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen's University and a Master of Science from the University of Toronto. He then graduated from the Family Medicine residency program at the University of Toronto. Dr. Yildiz joined our team in July 2020 and has been providing comprehensive medical care across all ages.
Our Physicians: Dr. Hobeika
Dr. Hobeika completed her medical school degree from McGill University in Montreal and also graduated from the Family Medicine residency program at McGill. Prior to completing her medical training, Dr. Hobeika completed a PhD in Experimental Medicine from the Institut de Recherches Cliniques de Montréal. Dr. Hobeika provides comprehensive medical care across all ages.
